Yes, all our watches are guaranteed 100% authentic, have original serial numbers and shipped in factory-fresh, unworn condition with all manufacturer manuals. Certificate of Authenticity is provided on all products.


We post only stocked items. Our website is continuously updated to reflect only the products which are in stock. It is very rare that a watch availability is an error but it could happen, for example: when we sell a model wholesale in large quantity or two watches sold at the same time and only one is in stock.


Our cut off time is 2pm PST. Many orders require manual fraud verification that might take 1-2 business days. Usually ships within 24-48 hours after payment and address verification has been performed following order placement. Please make sure your billing information matches and shipping address is listed as an alternate shipping address with what your credit card processor has on file.


We acccept payment through PayPal. Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express are accepted forms of payment through PayPal as well. We ship only to a confirm shipping address.

No. We sell luxury timepieces at considerably lower prices than the manufacturer’s listprice. WatchUniverse.com is not an Authorized Dealer for the brands we carry. Authorized dealers are not permitted to sell watches on the Internet at discount. Therefore,we choose not to be authorized watch dealers for many of the brands that we sell. We provide our 2 year warranty.

For warranty andservicing purposes, WatchUniverse.com utilizes a qualified-trained watchmaker who islicensed and trained to repair every brand and model of watches that we sell. In someoccasions, we able to send watches for repair to the manufacturers through one of ourdistributors. Since we are not authorized dealers for many of the watch manufacturers, wemay be unable to ship or validate the original watch manufacturer’s warranty. You mightbe able to send the watch for service at the manufacturer facility but most likely servicecharge will be applied. In all cases, we provide WatchUniverse.com warranty.
