All returned items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN condition with ALL manufacturer documentation and packaging including: tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals.
Even a short ware or links removal would leave micro scratches on a watch and it will not be accepted.
Please report, in writing, any shipping damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt and have the watch returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Allow 2-4 business days to post refund.
Charges may be incurred, or refund refused (and item returned to customer at customer’s expense) if the watch is returned in used and/or scratched and/or damaged condition.
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) filled on WatchWarehouse.com. An item returned without RMA# will be refused.
- The RMA# must be listed clearly on the returned packaging.
- Collect shipping will be refused.
- For your protection, Use only carrier that provides tracking number. Insure your package for full value to ensure the safe return to us so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
Returning for refund or exchange:
- PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- Allow up to 3 business days to inspect and process your returned item.
All items must be shipped via insured carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex,DHL or USPS with “adult signature required”. Please do not drop off packages at the office as they will be refused. Thank you.
